I was a little skeptical at first since the BCM I ordered was around 100 dollars cheaper than what the dealership wanted. I ordered anyway and it was a great experience. The part got to my house in 3 days and there was no issue with this part at all, however customer service needs some work they said they would call me right back and i never heard from anyone only got an email 2 days later.

AC delco fan motor p/n 15-80205 does NOT come with the heat shield as shown in the image. I found this out after ordering 15-80205, to replace the original unit in a 1998 DeVille, and not getting the heat shield. When I called back, they said that the heat shield p/n is 52491784 and is only available from GM and charged me an additional $15.54 w/shipping.
The true replacement for the original blower motor appears to consist of three items:
p/n 15-80205, p/n 52491784, and p/n 52494110 (instruction sheet). The instruction sheet is important because two rubber ribs have to be removed from the firewall to accomodate the redesigned blower motor.
