After checking around at local dealerships and getting prices, I went online to OE Parts. I had a few questions about which exact part I needed because a few of them looked very similar. I spoke with Gabriel on the phone twice. Both times he was very knowledgeable about the differences between the parts and helped me determine exactly which one I needed. I ordered the part late Friday afternoon and the part was delivered to my house by UPS (no additional charge) by early afternoon on Monday. The web site had glitch and sent the wrong part, but after contacting OE, they took care of the problem and promptly sent the correct part, (it looks like the correct part, won t have the car here to replace it till this weekend. Thank You

The web site, ordering process and shipping was painless. My only primary complaint is the side mirror I ordered had a plastic trim piece whose fastener tangs were broken. Shipping did not break them, so it is obvious quality control is not what it should be.
