The second time I called, I asked to speak with the person I had worked with previously because he was so helpful. He was not available but the person who helped me was just a nice and accomodating. These experiences were examples of true, exceptional customer service.

The web site, ordering process and shipping was painless. My only primary complaint is the side mirror I ordered had a plastic trim piece whose fastener tangs were broken. Shipping did not break them, so it is obvious quality control is not what it should be.
I received the wrong part because your website listed it as a rear brake adjuster and it was actually the rear parking brake adjuster. I paid for over night shipping and was told I would not get my shipping cost back even though the web site listing was the problem. I still have not received my refund for the part and part was returned last wednesday. I would be very hesitant to recommend your site because the customer service just isn t there. PS I think I am entitled to my shipping expenses back since it was not my error.
